Natalie has nearly 30 years of experience in Primary education and has served as the Deputy Headteacher at the Diocesan Boys’ School Primary Division for seven years. She has impressive leadership exposure in different school functions apart from being the head of several academic subjects. This includes pastoral care, discipline and guidance, well-being and value education, leadership and service learning, national security, PTA and crisis management, to name a few.

Her leadership, innovative thinking, and talent for building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents have made a profound impact.

Natalie is not new to the Anglican family, graduated from Diocesan Girls’ School, she then served at the Diocesan Preparatory School before joining DBSPD.
