Application for transfer Students(2026-2027)

Online Application

Application period:

From 20th April 2026 – 22nd May 2026.

  • Either submit the application form and documents in person or apply online.
  • Recommended desktop browsers: Chrome (Version 11 onwards), Safari (Version 8 onwards) and Firefox (Version 4 onwards).

Application procedure:

When completing an online application form, please upload the following documents:

  1. ID photo (H: 5cm X W: 4cm with white background) (format: gif, jpg, png; size: 10MB; pixels: 1024 x 1024)
  2. Birth Certificate or Passport for Non-Hong Kong students (format: gif, jpg, png, pdf, docx, doc, xls and xlsx; size: 10MB)
  3. 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 School Reports. (format: gif, jpg, png, pdf, docx, doc, xls and xlsx; size: 10MB)
  • After filling in the online application form, parents will receive a verification number via email. Please check the email inbox and junk mail box if necessary.
  • Complete the verification process by entering the verification number.
  • Settle the application fee of $100 via Tap & Go, PPS, VISA, MasterCard or UnionPay to complete the application procedure. The application fee is neither refundable nor transferrable.
  • Once the application is successfully submitted, a confirmation email with an application ID number will be sent via email. Parents can login the system to edit the information with the registered email address and the application ID number before the deadline.
  • Any incomplete application will not be considered. Please ensure the application is submitted before the deadline.

Interview notification:

  • Take a written entrance exam
    includes Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics (in English version).
    written entrance exam is about 1 hour.
    exam date is held on 8 June, 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • The result will be notified by email in two weeks. An individual interview with parents and candidates may be arranged by the Principal when necessary.
  • Registration (Settle the School Fee including Registration Fee $1,570 which is non-refundable, and Miscellaneous Fee).

Release of the interview result:

  • The interview result will be released via email within two weeks.
