Thanks to HTPS – Luk Man Hang

On September 1, 2009, I formally began my six-year journey at Holy Trinity Primary School. Throughout the time, I had been nurtured in the embrace of love and happiness. I had been taught to be conscientious, perseverant and to always aim high. I was also given various opportunities, such as being selected as class monitress, prefect and school representative in the Kowloon City District Outstanding Student Award. Such valuable experiences have fostered my growth from a timid little girl into a more proactive and confident person. While grateful to all my teachers for their guidance and inspiration, I would like to express my special thanks to Miss Law and Miss Fu for their patience, encouragement and unwavering support.

While at HTPS, I was also introduced to Christianity, the faith which has supported me through the ups and downs I have encountered. HTPS has played a crucial role in shaping who I am today. The knowledge, qualities and morals I have acquired still come in useful in my current studies in dentistry and future challenges.

Having a strong sense of belonging, I would pay a visit to the school almost every year after graduation to catch up with teachers and former schoolmates, along with assisting in preparatory work for different occasions. To me, HTPS is not just my alma mater; it is fond memories of the people I hold dear. Despite the changes in the refurbished campus, the homey ambience of the school remained.

I sincerely wish HTPS a fabulous 70th-anniversary celebration. I am sure it will continue to shine in every aspect and scale new heights with the dedication and concerted efforts of principals, teachers and students.
